Sheet metal stamping and tooling

We machine die blocks, plates and holders on CNC milling. Roughing and finishing before hardening happens here — and we also produce customer parts by milling.

We turn cylindrical parts — punches, pins, bushings — to close diameter tolerance. Alongside our own die components, we take on outside turning work.

Burns a hole through hardened plate where a drill cannot cut. It creates the start hole the wire needs to pass through.

A fine wire is threaded through that hole and cuts the profile by electrical discharge. Even in hardened material it achieves tight tolerances and a clean surface; complex profiles and sharp internal corners that conventional machining struggles with are produced here.

A shaped electrode burns pockets, ribs and blind cavities into hardened steel. Closed forms a wire cannot reach — die pockets, ribs and impressions — are produced this way.

Refines the flatness and thickness of die plates. Whether the die closes properly and its components seat against each other depends on this.
